AVAILABILITY: Victoria Waters and Hello Hong Kong Limited (the booking agent) and its employees and shareholders shall not be held liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage to property howsoever arising.
AVAILABILITY: Monday to Sunday between 11:00 - 18:00.
PICK-UP LOCATION: Tsim Sha Tsui, Pier 10 Central or Sai Kung. Guests need to arrive 15-20 mins in advance
PAYMENTS: Reservations are only confirmed when a non‐refundable 50% deposit is received by Hello Hong Kong Limited. Full payment must be paid at least 2 weeks before the charter. By paying for your charter you agree to the following conditions:
In cases of cancellation by the customer without rescheduling the 50% deposit that has been paid is non-refundable.
There is NO refund after booking.
WEATHER CONDITIONS: The date will not be changed for rainy weather, Typhoon Signal No. 1, Thunder Warning, Rain Storm Yellow or Red Warning. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Rain Storm Black Warning is hoisted during the voyage, the Vessel will return as soon as possible without compensation. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or the Rain Storm Black Warning is hoisted 2 hours before the pick-up time, the whole day trip will automatically be canceled. In this case, a suitable alternative date will be arranged for the hirer to use the vessel.
