Opening its doors in 1928 the Peninsula in Tsim Sha Tsui was the first under The Peninsula brand. The hotel combines colonial and modern elements and is notable for its large fleet of Rolls-Royces and its famous Afternoon Tea! During Chinese New Year, the Peninsula had bright red lanterns that were worth shooting a picture, during a Hong Kon city tour.
