PRICING & OPTIONS

Please let us know if you have a preference for your sailing location; Hong Kong Island South Side or Sai Kung. If the boat is moored at the other location on the date that you would like to sail she can be moved for a surcharge.

3-Hour Sail

3-hour private charter of Daybreak for your own sailing adventure around Port Shelter in Sai Kung. (Optional Hong Kong Island)

Your sailing adventure will start either at Pak Sha Wan in Sai Kung or Aberdeen on the west coast of Hong Kong Island. Aberdeen Harbour is home to the famous floating seafood restaurants and floating village where the Tanka people (or Boat People) still live on the water in old traditional junk boats.

If your adventure starts in Sai Kung, you will be picked up from Pak Sha Wan pier which is easily accessible by public transportation or taxi from HK Island or Kowloon. Your sail will be to and around Port Shelter, a beautiful hill and cliff-ringed haven which is the site of sailboat racing most weekends. You will be amazed by the natural beauty of Hong Kong. In fact, you might not even believe that you are still in Hong Kong!

From Aberdeen Harbour, we cruise around the South West coast going past Deep Water Bay, Middle Island where there are two Yacht Clubs based and around past Repulse Bay. Repulse Bay has a fascinating history which includes being used as a base for pirates in the mid-1800’s and as a key strategic location in the Battle of Hong Kong and in World War II. Today Repulse Bay is home to some of the most expensive real estate in Hong Kong and one of its finest beaches. Continuing south we sail past Stanley Fort which is a grade 1 listed historic building and is where British and Canadian troops mounted a final last stand during the Battle of Hong Kong. From Stanley Fort, we start to make our way back.

You can choose to end your sailing adventure in either Stanley or Aberdeen. At Stanley, you could go for lunch or dinner in one of the many bars and restaurants along the waterfront, spend the afternoon relaxing on one of Stanley’s beaches or pick up some souvenirs at the market. At Aberdeen, you could get some lunch or dinner at one of the floating restaurants or take a walk around the fish market before heading back to Central
